What is wrong with the media?

This reporter talks about bills being "under the radar".
What that really means is "bills that reporters did not deem worthy covering until they write their 'look at all the silly, sinister things they do in the Capitol' article."

All bills are publicly available. Some go under the radar because the radar isn't turned on.

I doubt he even read the bills.
